1. NATURE OF SERVICE (NON-FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER)
1.1. Simulated Environment Only: Veyon Markets provides educational services and software-based skill evaluations. We are NOT a broker, financial custodian, investment advisor, or financial institution. 1.2. Virtual Funds: All trading activities, tokens, and account balances displayed on the platform are purely fictitious (simulated). These virtual assets have no inherent real-world monetary value, are not legal tender, and are not cryptocurrency. They cannot be exchanged directly for fiat currency. 1.3. No Real Trading: At no point does the User trade with real capital on live financial markets. No orders are routed to real exchanges. All execution occurs within a closed-loop simulated environment.

2. ELIGIBILITY & RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS (GEO-BLOCKING)
2.1. Age Requirement: Services are available strictly to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. 2.2. Restricted Jurisdictions: Access to and use of our services is STRICTLY PROHIBITED for residents, citizens, or persons located in the following jurisdictions: The United States of America (USA) and its territories; North Korea; Iran; Syria; Russia (Sanctioned regions); Any other jurisdiction where participation in prediction markets or proprietary trading evaluations is restricted by law. 2.3. Liability for Breach: By registering, you certify under penalty of perjury that you are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction. Veyon Markets reserves the right to request proof of residency (KYC) at any time. Any violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all fees and rewards.

3. CHALLENGE RULES & EVALUATION
3.1. Service Fees: The “Challenge Fee” paid by the User is a fee for accessing the evaluation software and educational resources. It is NOT a deposit and NOT an investment. 3.2. Skill-Based Outcome: Veyon Markets is a merit-based platform. Results are determined solely by the User’s skill, strategy, and risk management abilities. Participation does not constitute gambling. 3.3. Failure Criteria: Users must strictly adhere to the technical objectives (e.g., Daily Drawdown limits, Max Loss limits, Profit Targets) specific to each Challenge. Violation of any technical rule results in an immediate “Hard Fail” of the Challenge. 3.4. No Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be granted once the service has commenced (i.e., trading credentials have been issued) or if the User fails the evaluation.

4. PROHIBITED TRADING PRACTICES (ANTI-CHEATING)
Veyon Markets maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding market manipulation and unfair practices. The following activities constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate disqualification and denial of any payout: 4.1. Exploitation: Use of any software glitches, data latency, or platform errors to secure a risk-free advantage. 4.2. Arbitrage: Strictly prohibited strategies include, but are not limited to: Latency Arbitrage, Gap Trading, and High-Frequency Trading (HFT) aimed at exploiting server delays. 4.3. Account Stacking & Group Hedging: Users are prohibited from coordinating with others or using multiple accounts to hedge positions (e.g., opening opposite positions on two accounts) to bypass risk parameters. 4.4. Unauthorized Bots: The use of AI or automated bots that overload our servers or execute strategies prohibited by the platform rules is strictly forbidden without prior written consent.

5. PAYOUTS & KYC COMPLIANCE
5.1. Eligibility for Rewards: Performance-based rewards (“Payouts”) are only issued to Users who have successfully completed all evaluation phases without violating any terms. 5.2. Mandatory KYC: Prior to any payout, the User must undergo a strict Identity Verification process (Government ID + Proof of Address + Liveness Check). Failure to provide valid documentation matching the registered account details will result in the rejection of the payout. 5.3. Source of Funds: All rewards are paid from Veyon Markets’ own operating capital as a performance incentive. The User has no direct claim against any underlying financial market. 5.4. Taxes: The User is solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes in their local jurisdiction. Veyon Markets does not provide tax advice or tax documents.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. “As Is” Basis: The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation. 6.2. Technical Risks: Veyon Markets shall not be liable for any losses, failed challenges, or missed opportunities arising from: Internet connectivity issues on the User’s end; Third-party service failures (e.g., Discord, Hosting Providers, Data Feeds); Cyber-attacks, DDoS attacks, or Force Majeure events. 6.3. Platform Modifications: We reserve the right to modify trading parameters (e.g., leverage, available assets) at any time to ensure platform stability.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP)
All content, software, graphics, logos, and data on the Veyon Markets platform are the exclusive property of the Provider. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or use of our brand is strictly prohibited.

8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veyon Markets, its founders, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any local laws.

9. TERMINATION
Veyon Markets reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we suspect any violation of these Terms or “Bad Faith” usage of the platform.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veyon Markets is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
